Delivery will be one of 2 ways:
- Any order which includes beer to a postcode in the UK Mainland will be delivered by a national courier.
- Lighter merchandise items will be delivered by Royal Mail.
To enquire about deliveries outside the UK mainland, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
Local & Courier Delivery
In order to keep delivery charges as low as we can, we pass post & packaging charges on at cost. There is a standard charge of £5.00 for Local Delivery and £9.00 for anywhere else on the UK mainland.
Deliveries take place Tuesday – Friday between 9am and 5:30pm. Please make sure that there will be an adult (aged 18 years or over) at the address to sign for the parcel or please clearly and succinctly state delivery instructions where the order can be left.
If no-one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and customers can telephone to re-arrange for the driver to return at a mutually convenient time.
Customers can leave instructions on where the order may be left in case no-one will be at the address to sign for the delivery. In this case, the driver will leave the order as instructed and post a card with details of where and when the order was delivered. The order will be left at the risk of the customer and once the order has been delivered as instructed, DBC cannot accept liability for any losses or damage incurred to the order.

We usually aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day.
